Comments:
When the ARRL puts out it's annual Field Day package it would be helpful if it
would highlight or list the information that cannot be included in this web
submission, so one would know what has to be sent by e-mailed or the USPS. I am
now reading all 31 pages (again) trying to identify those items. Further if
the number of pages (31) could be reduced it would be most helpful. People at
club meetings recoil when I suggest they should read 31 pages of Field Day
rules and information. Suggestions for deletion or separation: 1. 2 pages
where the ARRL is selling merchandise. 2. Make the logs and other Forms a
separate file/download. 3. Include the section information/abbreviations with
the forms. Most logging software now lists the sections. 4. Put the W1AW
schedule in the forms section. 5. Etc., Etc. I'm sure that someone smarter
than I can shred out the ancillary information.
